Serengeti Sojourn Mobile Camp offers an extraordinary wildlife-viewing experience, showcasing the incredible Great Migration. This elite tented camp is strategically positioned to shadow the migration, alternating between the Ndutu and Togoro regions throughout the year. The camp promises an all-inclusive safari adventure, delivering the kind of experience that embodies the dreams of every safari enthusiast.
From mid-December to the end of March, Serengeti Sojourn sets up camp in the Ndutu region. Perched on a hilltop site, this location provides an ideal vantage point to witness the mesmerizing migration and the enchanting calving season. Guests can absorb stunning views of Lake Ndutu and experience iridescent sunsets, creating a magical backdrop to this unique safari spectacle.
Between the start of June and the end of October, Serengeti Sojourn establishes its camp in the Togoro area, specifically Togoro 1, just a 45-minute game drive from the Seronera airstrip. This region offers extended encounters with migration herds before their northward journey into Kogatende. Renowned for exceptional big cat sightings, Togoro features several kopjes (small hills) that serve as spectacular viewing points, adding to the allure of this remarkable safari experience.
The 10 Deluxe Tents offer a top-end bush abode, with a selection of bed configurations and a sizable living area with luxurious, homey touches. These tents are ideally suited to couples or families of two adults and one child.
The two Family Tents are equally stylish, but more spacious than the Deluxe Tents. These are the perfect option for couples travelling with two children – a comfortable environment in which the whole family can unwind.
A lovely dining tent sets the location, but occasional bush meals are served near to the camp and camp-fires are lit when conditions allow, adding a vibrant atmosphere.
Ensuring that children have an equally thrilling taste of Africa, the Rafiki Explorer Club is offered as an added value to families travelling with children aged six to fifteen.
